Rommel is an artist, researcher, poet, educator, lecturer, writer, curator, and art producer. For over 20 years, he has developed a unique artistic language called Qalítico, focusing on the voice’s formal, conceptual, and symbolic aspects. His multidisciplinary work spans drawing, sculpture, sound art, video art, and installations, integrating dance, instrumental and choral music, video, and sculptural objects.
